Important Update Regarding Competition Fees

Dear Teams,

We are writing to inform you of upcoming changes to competition match fees at Hills Indoor Sports that will be coming into effect from the 13th of October. We have always tried our best to keep our prices competitive and accessible; however, to keep up with the rising costs of running and maintaining the centre we have reached a point where an adjustment to pricing is necessary.

As people may have noticed, signage about the changes has been put up at reception and the website is being updated with news on the changes coming.  From October 13^th the following prices will be coming into effect for competitions:

Registration Fee - $55 per player
Ladies and Mixed Netball Match Fee - $78 
6-a-side Cricket Match Fee - $84 
8-a-side Cricket Match Fee- $120
4-a-side Soccer Match Fee- $55

We will always aim to provide good value to our teams and patrons, as such we are also hoping to bring in some upgrades and improvements to the facilities at the centre coming into 2027. In the meantime, as always, please reach out with any concerns you may have.

How to use your Spawtz Portal:
If your have registered a team and added all your players emails to the database then they will receive fixture reminder emails each week with their match time. 

Within these reminder emails are links that your players can click on to inform YOU of their availabilities. This way you don't have to go through the weekly hassle of ringing around to find out who can play, who's on holiday, who's ill, who's raring to go.....saving you time and money

You can log on to the system using the email and password textboxes above. If you have not yet registered you can do so by clicking "Registration" above.
NOTE: If your team is already registered in the system you do not need to register again. Contact your arena to find out what your login details are.

If you are short of players for a game and need to find someone to fill in, we have a healthy community of players on our Facebook groups where you can put out a call for fill ins (or permanent players). You can also call the centre and we can post for players for you.
